Shipping and Returns
1. General
All orders placed on our website are subject to these shipping conditions. By confirming your order, you accept these conditions.
2. Delivery Times
The delivery times indicated on our website are for reference only. We strive to meet these times, but they may vary depending on product availability or factors beyond our control (transport, weather, supplier, etc.).
In case of significant delays, we will inform you as soon as possible and offer an appropriate solution.
3. Delivery Address
We deliver worldwide to the address provided when placing your order.
It is your responsibility to ensure the address provided is correct and accessible. Costs arising from incorrect or inaccessible addresses are borne by the customer.
4. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are displayed during the order process. Depending on the order value or current promotions, certain deliveries may be free of charge.
5. Transfer of Risk
According to Swiss law (Code of Obligations, Art. 185–187 CO), the risk of loss or damage to the products transfers to the customer upon handover of the goods to the carrier. We therefore recommend checking the condition of the packages upon delivery and reporting any issues immediately.
6. Receipt and Verification
Upon receiving your order, please verify that the products delivered correspond to your order and are undamaged. Any claims regarding missing or damaged products must be reported within 5 days of delivery by email or phone.
7. Returns and Withdrawal
In accordance with Swiss law, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal for distance purchases, except for legal exceptions (customized products, perishable goods, etc.).
To exercise your right of return, please contact us for instructions and the return address. Return costs are generally borne by the customer, except in cases of our error.
8. Force Majeure
We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by unforeseeable or uncontrollable events such as natural disasters, strikes, or logistical issues.
